Baton Rouge Harley-Davidson is seeking a Parts Manager. Qualified candidates will be energetic, self-motivated, able to motivate commissioned sales force, excellent communication skills, extrodinary customer service skills, proven leadership abilities, and the ability to drive the key metrics in the parts department.

Do you have experience helping customers accessorize their motorcycles, able to fit them with gear, have the knowledge and experience to answer questions about their motorcycle parts? Then come work for us!
Our parts sales associate's duties include: parts sales – over the counter, on-line, and by phone; after sales; customer service; and receiving and shipping.
If you are a self motivator and push to reach targets and use previous experience and knowledge to help come up with ideas to help, inspire and resolve most situations we want to talk to you about full time employment opportunities.

Greet and assist all walk in guest inquiries with an attitude of great service.
Track all pending orders & follow-up with guest on arrival or E.T.A.
Maintain Parts sales floor and specific assigned section.
Be able to work as a team player with other departments in the dealership.
Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking.
Be motivated to interact with people and follow a structured sales process.
Exceptional candidates would have:
Harley-Davidson Experience
Parts Sales Experience
Product knowledge of the metric motorcycles
Previous experience at a Multi Line Motorcycle Dealership
ADP Lightspeed experience big plus
Pace certification
