Job Requirements:
- A positive attitude and high degree of integrity
- Must love motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand and be able to naturally convey this to customers
- Efficiently determine the correct parts/accessory solution for the customer
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and be able to professionally follow up with customers via email and phone
- Working knowledge of Lightspeed or Talon is a plus
- Have a clean driving record and a valid motorcycle license or be able to obtain one within 2 weeks of joining the team.
- Ability to commit to a full time position and maintain a clean and sharp appearance
