Harley-Davidson of Asheville is a leading dealership in its district for new Harley-Davidson motorcycle sales. With a facility spanning over 50,000 square feet on 8 acres our parts department has plenty of room.  Our service department stays busy and our sales department is focused on selling new motorcycles; both provide an excellent outlet for parts and accessory sales.

Our Parts Manager will have the highest expectations of themselves and Parts team.

Daily expectations:

Manage 2-3 parts consultants and 1 parts-to-service team member.

Supervise and train parts team to ensure exceptional customer service, product knowledge and reach sales goals.

Coordinate with service and sales departments to support their parts needs.

Analyze sales data and trends to forecast future inventory requirements.

Maintain an organized parts department (showroom and stock room).

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parts sales.

Work with marketing to create sales and strategies.

Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Management experience in a motorcycle or automotive dealership.

Extensive knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, especially late models.

Must be an expert using a dealer management system; Talon experience is preferred and must be able to type.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.
