Loess Hills Harley-Davidson a family owned dealership is looking for a person to add to their Sales Team. If you have 3 or more years in the automobile or retail sales industry and are looking for a change, please send an email with your resume right away.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Use floor time effectively to meet customer's needs and build value in the products offered by Harley-Davidson
  • Complete all training requirements in a timely manner.
  • Use LHHD's systems to log and maintain a relationship with your customer base.
  • Follow up and customer retention skills are a must.
  • Candidates with a motorcycle endorsement preferred.
  • Friendly and eager attitude to help customers coming in the store or on the phone.
  • Ability to meet or exceed your sales goal every month.
  • Must be able to lift a 900-pound motorcycle.
  • Must be a team player, but at the same time, be competitive and strive to be the top producer.
