Barb's H-D is looking for an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our team.
 
Requirements:

  • Previous Motorcycle or Automotive sales management experience, with a proven sales track record. Minimum 3 years auto or motorcycle sales management experience required. Harley-Davidson experience a plus.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to motivate and lead sales team.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Consistent and stable work history.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Motorcycle license preferred but not required.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.

Duties Include:

  • Planning and preparing work schedules.
  • Overseeing closing and desking of deals
  • Maximizing deal profitability while maintaining high volume sales.
  • Learn and follow our sales process, and ensure sales associates are following the process.
  • Manage and maintain CRM data, supervising sales team on lead entry, customer follow-up, prospective calling and setting appointments.
  • Set sales team goals and lead team to meet and exceed those goals.
  • Coordinates motorcycle sales advertising with marketing manager, helping to brainstorm marketing plan based on sales needs and market condition.
