Graphic Design Coordinator

We are looking for an inspired, hardworking, self-motivated, creative individual who is able to generate energetic concepts that complement and expand on our existing brand identity. As a designer at Pro Moto Billet you will be heavily involved in the creative process with the potential to enhance the brand presence in print, web and other channels. The job will require a diverse skill set and may possibly include the follow creative tasks: graphic design, apparel design, creative direction, storyboarding, packaging design, retail display creation and much much more.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS

• To apply you must have design experience with a portfolio demonstrating your work. You must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and take art direction as you contribute to a dynamic team.
• Conceptualize and create original art for printables, hardgoods, decals, POP, packaging, window displays and any requests from marketing managers and production leads.
• Design marketing collateral, resolve layout challenges and explore new techniques to bring our brand to life in an event setting.
• Design and assist in distribution of all online and mobile assets (banners, email, product templates, panels, etc) for product launches, events and promotional activities.
• Assist with marketing integration on Social Media outlets including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube.
• Photography, color correcting and photo retouching.
• Preflight all creative assets to ensure they are print ready.
• Take a lead role in supporting the company to ensure all seasonal artwork is prepared and submitted to meet annual calendar deadlines.
• Maintain integrity of production schedules in a deadline driven business.
• Participate in concept review and execution meetings.
• Assist in the completion of all creative in a print ready format.

 
QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have strong Adobe Creative Suite skills including: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Acrobat
• Proficient in MAC Keynote, Pages, Numbers or equivalent Microsoft Office.
• Possess exceptional design and layout skills layering in creative marketing ideas for large scale campaigns.
• Photography, video editing is a plus.
• Web design knowledge is plus. Understanding and working with WordPress is advantageous.
• Social Media management skills are a plus.
• College degree preferred plus at least 3+ years of relevant experience and an understanding of large format graphics, POP design, catalog and vehicle wraps preferred.

• Must have time management skills in order to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently and with a team
• Preference will be given to off-road enthusiasts, dirt bike riders and candidates with experience in the power sports industry. We are looking to build a team that shares our passion!
 
Employment Details:
Position is Monday through Friday, normal business hours. Limited travel may be required for events and trade shows.
