Established 5 line dealer is seeking a career minded individual to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years sales experience, and at least 2 years in sales management. We need someone that can "hit the ground running" as the spring selling season is upon us. We are very well funded and established–just need that right individual to help us achieve our full potential.
This individual must be have a proven record of coaching and developing the sales team, and be dedicated to the sales process. This is not a position for a beginner or wanna-be.
