Overview
EuroCycle Group is growing, and we're currently seeking a Rockstar General Sales Manager for our Sonoma, CA store.
This position will manage the retail Sales and Finance departments of our premium European motorcycle boutique located among the stunning wine country of Sonoma / Napa. This includes selling, building and managing a Sales and Finance team, executing finance paperwork, and all other functions related to dealership sales operations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of management and sales success within a Motorcycle, Automotive, Marine, or RV dealership environment.
The General Sales Manager builds, trains, and manages a team of Sales Specialists and Finance Managers: training, coaching, and leading by example through direct interaction with guests on the sales floor. They are an expert at custoer experience, product knowledge, OEM inventory and program systems, and have deep undertanding of prime and subprime lending. A passion for motorcycles is mandatory.
This is a full-time position with unlimited opportunity for advancement. Medical, Dental, and 401(k) included. $60-$130k annually with uncapped earning potential.
