Ideal candidate will have:
Harley-Davidson experience/knowledge a big plus!
Prior retail management experience, big box preferred i.e. Nordstrom's, Macy's, etc.
Retail Sales and Inventory management skills
Ability to train and hold employees accountable to high standards and meet sales goals
Ability to maintain a fast moving, balanced inventory, maximize turns and minimize obsolescence
Deliver a premium customer experience consistently
