Emerald Coast HD is looking for high a performing producer with a proven track record. Emerald Coast HD is part of the Revolution Motorsports Family and has opportunity for advancement. Summary: Oversee all aspects of the motorclothes department at both the dealership and our secondary retail location
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- General Merchandise Department Operations: Set-up and maintain a smooth running, efficient, appealing retail environment for the dealership.
- Management: must be able to control inventory, scheduling, organization and staff training.
- Customer Service: Highest emphasis on building and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
- Minimum 3 years experience with retail sales and inventory management;
- Because this role has oversight of two locations a minimum 2 years Harley-Davidson General Merchandise Manager experience
- Experience preferred as a purchaser/buyer for merchandise/products.

- Reynolds & Reynolds and sales desk experience a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills required as well as proficient computer skills.
