Job Description:
The General Manager manages the daily operations of the facility, overseeing both the custom finishing and parts production/distribution functions. Responsible for maximizing return on investment; developing market strategy; planning, developing, and implementing marketing plans for both short-term and long-term growth. Has direct responsibility for managing and controlling company assets, as well as managing and developing employees for future growth.
What we require:
7+ years progressive management experience in a custom finishing and/or parts manufacturing facility
Demonstrated ability to manage all financial and management aspects of a business.
Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and retain quality employees.
Management style that is motivating, inspiring, and energetic
Preferred knowledge and experience with sales of motorcycles, firearms and other products which come through the shop
