Our family-owned dealerships have implemented many ideas and events to maintain year-round employment for our team in an otherwise seasonal sales environment. We need modifications rather than overhaul, cost-effective ideas rather than excessiveness, retention of current employees while staying attractive to potential candidates, and commitment to reaching out to the customer of the future while appealing to the customer of today.

We offer a complete benefits package following 90 days of employment to include: medical, dental, life, STD, LTD, vision, accident, paid time off, and 401k/Roth plans.
