General Manager – Harley-Davidson Dealer

Overview

Chesapeake Harley-Davidson has a rare immediate opening for General Manager. Ambitious, take-charge individual needed to oversee all aspects of the dealership, as well as managing and developing employees for future growth.

Responsibilities
~Provides direction and coordination for all areas of dealership operation.
~Sets policies, procedures and processes for dealership.
~Hires, trains and manages staff.

Requirements
~3 years or more of management experience in comparable company
~Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and retain quality employees
~Interest, knowledge and experience with sales of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and other products sold by the dealership a plus.
