Job Title: Master Technician
Department: Service
Supervisor: Service Manager
This is NOT an entry-level position.
Qualifications in brief:
* 5+ years experience with Harley-Davidson
* Provide prompt, dependable, high-quality vehicle service
*Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period
* Maintain productivity as close to 100% as possible
* Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance to factory specifications
* Notify Service Writers/Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known so that the customer may be contacted and notified of the delay
* Keep work areas clean and safe
* Maintain technical (PHD and other) qualifications by completing all necessary training programs assigned to you by the Service Manager
* Any additional duties as assigned
* Valid motorcycle license or motorcycle endorsement
* Equipped with proper tools
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and a thorough background check
* Dyno certified, proficient in all aspects of tuning using Win-pep 8
* Compensation up to $40 hr./flat rate

Customers would come from miles around to get good deals and good service from an honest hardworking family. In July 1992, the Fraziers made a trip to Milwaukee to fulfill a lifelong dream of being an authorized Harley-Davidson® dealer.
