The Gail’s Harley-Davidson group is purchasing it’s third dealership and is looking for highly qualified people like you to join our team.
 
Currently we are looking for  dynamic, results oriented, reliable people to fill the Finance Manager role.  If you think you have what it takes, this may be the move you have been waiting for.
 
What it takes to be a Harley-Davidson Finance Manager ?
 

  • Oversee and direct the business office operational activities related to providing finance, insurance, and optional products.
  • Produce acceptable levels of revenue and profits for the dealership by selling finance, insurance, and optional products to new and used motorcycle customers.
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with several finance sources.
  • Pro-actively use sales techniques.
  • Set monthly sales objectives and attain goals. Provide with reports, as requested.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient, organized, clean and professional business office.
  • Act as a liaison to all departments on matters concerning Finance and Insurance.
  • Provide supplemental assistance to a sales person in the Motorcycle Sales Department.Work in conjunction with the sales team.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service
  • Ensure that the delivery of any new or used motorcycle is an “EVENT” that will endear customer to the dealership.
  • Be able to handle customer complaints quickly and courteously, demonstrating empathy, a positive attitude, and our commitment to “making things right”.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the dealership’s philosophy of quality service to all customers and acts as a role model to other dealership employees.
