F&I (Finance & Insurance) Representative
 
EXCITING opportunity to join one of the best and most exciting dealerships in California! Glendale Harley-Davidson is  looking for someone who is high energy, personable and loves to work with customers to join our Team.

 The Finance/ Insurance  Representative will be responsible for helping to provide credit for customers who want to purchase motorcycles. Structure deals that are in compliance with lender guidelines and the dealership policies, resulting in quick funding, and a high level of customer satisfaction and to uphold the highest ethical standers.
 
Job Requirements:

  • Accurately desk’s deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
  • Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
  • Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
  • Prepares paperwork and contracts, and delivers deals
  • Prepares and mails all deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders and/or follows any other departmental process
  • Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts
  • Produce additional revenue by selling finance and insurance products

• Be knowledgeable of state regulations regarding finance and the fair Credit Reporting act.
• Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.
• Disclose financial information to customers.

  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and professional appearance and presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
  • Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
  • Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
  • 2+ years of previous experience as a Finance and Insurance manager within the Automotive or Motorcycle industries
  • Familiar with ADP Lightspeed Dealer Management System is desirable, and California Department of Insurance License is a plus.
