Financial Administrative Assistant

Rawhide Harley-Davidson is currently looking to add a Financial Administrative Assistant to help the F&Is team administratively. Qualified candidates will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be Microsoft Office literate including Excel, and Outlook.  Have the ability to type 40-60 words per minute, be able to follow instructions and be highly motivated.

Harley-Davidson or motorcycle experience is preferred but not required. 
We will train the right people and provide all the tools you need to be successful. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, dependable, high quality word processing to the F&I department and Business Managers.
Provide high quality assistance to personnel, to ensure a smooth running and productive F&I environment.
Prepare letters, reports, financial contracts, and other correspondence.
Set-up and maintain an accurate easy to access filing system for all important documentation.
Open all mail and route it to appropriate employees.
Package deals, help find information.
Operate a computer terminal to input customer information.
Mediate between multiple company departments.
Familiarize oneself with lending institutions.
Screen documents for complete accuracy.
Communicate with customers, for missing documents needed for bank funding.  
 
Customer Service:
Greet internal and external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
Handle telephone transactions quickly, courteously and with a smile. 
Record messages and forward calls.

Prioritize tasks with several F&I Managers.
Effectively use interpersonal communication skills.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:
Must possess a positive attitude & show enthusiasm for the products we sell.
Must maintain a professional appearance & a neat, well organized work area.
Proficient in Microsoft and Excel.

Weekend Availability
A reliable method of getting to work

Schedules may be more or less in the range of:
50-60 Hours – 5-6 days/week March-September.
45-50 hours – 5 days/week October-February.
The season and sales could affect schedules, other than what is listed.
