 Finance & Insurance  (F&I) – Full Time 40 hrs.

Job Description: The Finance & Insurance (F&I) sells new and used units financing and insurance programs. The F&I manager will also work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates to buyers and programs. F&I managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.

Essential Duties:

  • Offers vehicle financing and insurance to customers and provides them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
  • Maintains good working relationships with lending institutions to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
  • Processes financing deals accurately and secures approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.
  • Creates and maintains a program through the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
  • Accurately completes all DMV paperwork at the conclusion of a sale.

Requirements:.

  • Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
  • Must have valid drivers license
  • Must possess strong communication skills in order to work with customers, employees, and financial institutions.
  • Expereince a plus but not neccessary.  Training is provided
