Salary Range: $60K - $90K / Annual

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Powersports Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, personal watercraft, and snowmobiles, and thrives in a customer-focused, results-driven environment. You will be responsible for building relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through the buying experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:
·         – Greet and engage customers in the showroom and lot

·         – Understand and explain features of Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, Beta motorcycles/ATVs/UTVs.

·         – Assist customers in selecting products that best fit their needs

·         – Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, promotions, and financing options

·         – Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing customer relationships

·         – Accurately complete sales paperwork and documentation

·         – Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

·         – Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure a smooth customer experience

·         – Keep showroom clean, organized, and stocked with updated product displays

Requirements:
·         – Previous sales experience (automotive or powersports preferred)

·         – Knowledge and passion for powersports vehicles

·         – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         – Self-motivated and goal-oriented

·         – Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement preferred

Preferred Qualifications:
·         – Experience with Lightspeed DMS or other dealer management systems

·         – Montana Motor Vehicle Sales License (or ability to obtain)
