Explorify Motorcycle Rentals is currently looking for a Motorcycle Rental Agent / Porter at our Las Vegas location.

If you have customer service experience and are interested in travel and working on a multinational team, then we want to talk to you about an exciting opportunity as a Motorcycle Rental Agent / Porter at our headquarters in Las Vegas (Henderson), Nevada.

MOTORCYCLE RENTAL AGENT / PORTER JOB DUTIES:

• Retail rental sales (including walk-ins and web/phone appointments)
• Rental check-outs/check-ins
• Explaining how the different features of the machines work
• Daily & weekly business reports
• Bike Moving, Cleaning & safety checking rental units
• Weekly inventory checks
• Maintaining order in the office and warehouse
• Helping load and unload bikes from trailers
• Traveling to different dealerships or remote locations on an as-needed basis
• Traveling to our other locations to lend a hand
• Willing to transport vehicles/etc. to needed locations (both in and out of state)
• Willing to jump in and help wherever needed

APPLICANTS MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

– Experience with customer service
– Great references
– A valid (unexpired) driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement
– Experience moving/loading various motorcycles (including onto a trailer/truck/etc.)
– Should know the differences between Harley-Davidson/Indian/Triumph/BMW/KTM models

> Speaking multiple languages
> Being comfortable/handy performing minor repairs on bikes
(replacing mirrors, batteries, and other broken bits – major repairs are taken care of at another facility)
> Having previously used RentCentric
