Overview
Davis Service Center Inc. is a Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Suzuki, and Yamaha powersports dealer looking for an experienced leader for our Service Department. We need a person with drive integrity, passion, and commitment to join our team.
We are located in Montrose, CO which is only minutes away from all types of outdoor recreation. We live in one of the largest outdoor playgrounds. Davis Service Center is minutes from off-road trails for your motorcycle, ATV or Side by Side. Fishing, Hunting and hiking are just a few of the many hobbies you will also find close by. Montrose, CO is a great place to raise a family and our school system is strong.
We employ 3-5 technicians, a service writer, and a lot technician. We are looking for someone to assist in growing our dream.
The canidate must have….
Experience with Lightspeed.
Be able to identify income opportunities in the department.
Organize the department for success.
Recruit, train, and assist in hiring talent.
Must be able to achieve CSI obejectives and be a motivator.
Must understand the dynamics of a powersports service dept and be able to measure productivity.
Be able to work with others and have great customer service skills.
Experience managing in the powersports industry.

We are a franchised Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Suzuki and Yamaha dealer. We have been in business since 1975. We believe in putting the customer first. We offer paid personal days, five day work week, IRA, and much more. We are located on the Western slope of Colorado. Montrose where we call home, is in a valley surrounded by mountains. So most winter days we can ride snowmobiles in the morning and come back and shred motorcycles in the afternoon. In the summer we have some of the best roads or trails in the U.S. for any skill level. Our school system and community is a great place to raise a family So if you live to ride and work to ride we are your dealership.
