Experienced powersports F&I Managers (north and south of metroplex)
Several positions available for experienced F&I professionals ONLY, please email resume and current F&I logs. Please do not apply if you cannot produce logs or have no F&I experience.
You:
Constantly watch your log and track penetrations and PVR
Make most of your gross by selling products
Can prove a track record of outstanding performance
Often get involved on the front end to help close and structure deals
Know how to handle objections
Don't let the customer leave until they buy something
Sell using a customer interview and menu
