Harley-Davidson of Greenville, the largest volume dealer of Harley Davidson Motorcycles, Parts, and General Merchandise in the Upstate of South Carolina, is seeking a career-minded Assistant Parts Manager/Chrome Consultant experienced in the motorcycle industry to carry our dealership to the next level of volume and performance.

Skills / Requirements
 
• Maximize sales of P&A, performance products, and installation labor while providing a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clean, well-organized sales environment with a professional display of inventory of chrome parts & accessories.
• Enhance the value of the new and pre-owned motorcycle sales process through personalized consulting.
• Present the features and benefits of all parts and accessories that may meet customer’s expectations and needs.
• Show each customer the advantages of H-D products over competing brands.
• Coordinate ordering, delivery and installation of desired parts and accessories to meet the customer's expectations.
• Work effectively with other departments to ensure a smooth customer flow through the dealership
• Support and actively encourage the use of the Service Department for installation of parts and accessories sold through the dealership.

Customer Service and Satisfaction

• Support the Sales Department to ensure the delivery to the customer is an "EVENT" which
endears the customer to the dealership.
• Contact customers using mailing lists, tickler files & personal follow-up to encourage
additional sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis and exhibit honesty and fairness in all business transactions.
•Stay current on motorcycle trends and selling features.

Schedules may be more or less in the range of: 
5-6 Days a week. Must be willing to work every Saturday.
Sunday is based off of a rotating schedule.
