Candidates with the following qualifications

- Working independently without direct technical supervision(Experienced Service Tech)
- (Apprentice Techs) to work with the top Master Technician supervision
- Can perform all types of repair work
- Minimum of 36 months of H-D experience at a dealership preferred
- Actively involved in the PHD Training Program
- Preferred completed all PHD programs including the most recent but not required
- Attended advanced or specialty services schools
