Comprehensive, company-paid training to help you master the art of servicing and repairing Harley-Davidson motorcycles
Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, service, maintenance, and repairs to factory specs
Customize and upgrade motorcycles per customer requests
Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency on every repair order
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace
Communicate with Service Writers and customers regarding repairs and recommendations
Stay current with Harley-Davidson certification requirements (training provided)
Qualifications/Requirements:
Entry-level candidates: Mechanical aptitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic (MMI graduates encouraged to apply!)
Experienced candidates: 2+ years as a Motorcycle or Powersports Technician preferred
Harley-Davidson Certification or MMI graduate is a plus
Motorcycle Endorsement (or ability to obtain) required
Excellent attitude, punctuality, and customer-focused approach
