Large motorcycle and powersports dealership is looking for an experienced sales professional with European motorcycle knowledge looking to be a leader and the face of dealership when it comes to the european brands we sell.
The European Brand Manager will spearhead all aspects of the business with the European brands (Austrian and Italian motorcycles and scooters). Job tasks would include everything from speaking with customers and closing deals, to ordering product, to hiring and training the European sales staff, etc.
He/She must be able to assist and motivate staff and counsel and monitor the performance of employees and report back to upper management and ownership. This candidate will set weekly, monthly and yearly goals and accomplish them.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and ability and health insurance, monthly incentives, employee benefits / discounts and 401K is included.
