Successful Motorcycle Retail company is seeking a full time highly motivated ecommerce product manager. be a part of a fine group of savvy and ambitious individuals for an established company

Candidates should be familiar with Amazon and eBay marketplaces, be able to professionally list products and handle customer service, provide feedback to marketing on customer needs, competitors and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally list products on eBay, Walmart, and Amazon by researching and implementing best marketing and advertising practices.
  • Create and maintain product listings on our domestic and international marketplaces in addition to our direct company web store.
  • Maintain keyword database and priority by doing keyword research through various tools/portals
  • Manage and maintain product pricing and marketing strategy.
  • Stay current with available eBay and Amazon marketing tools and trends to ensure top rated plus! seller status.
  • Providing customer service and answering customer questions
  • Driving the growth Marketplace channel activities while providing a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years direct related experience with eBay and Amazon.
  • Highly motivated and can work independently, detail oriented, organized and efficient.
  • Willingness to learn and obtain knowledge of the business operations and be able to provide back-up support when needed.
  • Drive sales growth on marketplaces by delivering improved sell-through, market share improvement, increased average order value and brand awareness.
  • A clear understanding of web and marketplace performance algorithms
  • Experience developing ad copy and imagery for product listings
  • Ability to use excel/pivot tables and other software to accurately analyze sales and forecasts
  • Basic familiarity with the following: HTML, PPC, SEO, FBA, CSV, PSD, CRM
  • Willingness to exceed expectations
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access)
