The Parts and Accessory Advisor in our Powersports East dealership plays a crucial role in assisting customers with their parts and accessory needs related to motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and scooters.

Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing the right parts and accessories for their powersports vehicles.

Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the various parts, accessories, and gear available for different powersports vehicles. Stay updated on new products and features.

Technical Assistance: Offer technical guidance to customers regarding the installation, maintenance, and compatibility of different parts and accessories.

Sales and Service Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide additional support in promoting and selling parts and accessories. Assist the Service Department in identifying the correct parts and accessories for a particular vehicle. Offer recommendations to sales or service based on customer needs and preferences.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Address and resolve customer concerns or issues related to parts and accessories.

Qualifications:

Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of powersports vehicles, their components, and related accessories.

Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Technical Aptitude: Basic technical understanding of powersports vehicle systems and parts.

Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in a powersports dealership setting.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using dealership software systems and basic computer applications.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other dealership staff, including sales, service, and management teams.

Customer Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Physical Stamina: Some positions may require lifting and carrying heavy parts or accessories, so physical stamina may be important.

The Parts to Service Facilitator Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Coordinate Parts Requests: Work closely with the service team to fulfill parts orders and ensure quick turnaround times for repairs and maintenance.
Manage Inventory: Keep tabs on stock levels and help maintain an organized inventory of parts, so we’re never caught empty-handed.
Liaise Between Departments: Communicate with both the service and parts departments to ensure seamless workflow and efficient delivery of parts.
Track Orders: Monitor and track parts requests and deliveries to ensure timely completion of work orders.
Problem-Solving Extraordinaire: Troubleshoot delays or issues in parts delivery, ensuring smooth operations and satisfied customers.
Customer Communication: Occasionally assist with customer inquiries related to parts and service, providing updates and ensuring a fantastic customer experience.

Skills required:

Communication Skills: Keeping everyone in the loop, whether it’s via email, phone, or in person.
