Job Title: E-Commerce Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
Manage the uploading of products, sales, customer service and fulfillment for the various E-Commerce sales channels for the dealership including eBay, Amazon, Shopatron, Craigslist, Online Forums & Goaz.com websites from ARI & Simplepart
Job Responsibilities:
- Promptly and professionally respond to leads and email questions generated from online sales channels.
- Check available orders on Shopatron daily for items we can fulfill and request accordingly. Check distributor availability for items we can fulfill in 1 day or can potentially drop ship.
- Promptly process orders from all channels keeping customers informed of order status/issues, making sure orders are fulfilled on time, tracking info is communicated, and invoicing in Lightspeed is done accurately. Ensure drop shipped orders are processed in Lightspeed and tracking info is uploaded promptly.
- Ensure all eBay listings meet seller requirements and use seller best practices to attain and maintain Powerseller status and minimize seller defect rate. This includes ensuring listings are accurate and disclose any imperfections in the items so that we can retain 5 stars in "Items as described". Also, all efforts should be made to earn 5 stars in communication, shipping time, & shipping charges as well as earn positive feedback in every transaction.
- Pick all orders and bring to shipping so they can be dispatched within 1 business day of payment.
- Manage eBay / Amazon listings to ensure inventory availability and remove items as needed to avoid negative feedback or cancelled transactions.
- Identify new items that can be lucrative to list on these channels, maximize available listings on eBay.
- Proactively request and list Obsolete / slow moving items from Parts Manager on eBay, Craigslist, Forums or other appropriate channels to help sell through older inventory.
- Ensure all online listing comply with manufacturers minimum advertised price "MAP" polices.
- Assist retail front line staff as needed to greet customers on showroom floor and provide the highest level of customer service at all times while advising them on selecting Apparel & Accessories to best suit their needs.
- Proactively learn about products we offer in the retail store. Continually strive to increase product knowledge and sales skills by staying up to date with available training tools.
- Advise Dept. Manager of potential products and / or areas of opportunity for increase sales based on customer feedback, sales trends and industry knowledge. This includes making suggestions for new items as well as pointing out any issues with current stock levels to minimize slow moving inventory and lost sales.
- Support with staffing off-site events as needed
- Be guardian of all company assets, correct or report any issues or potential issues
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Any other duties deemed necessary for the success of the department and dealership
Job Requirements:
- Friendly and outgoing personality, exceptional verbal and written customer service & communication skills
- Previous experience with Powersports Parts, Accessories & Apparel sales with strong overall working knowledge of brands we offer.
- Solid awareness and understanding of the Powersports industry, products available, and the Motorcycle lifestyle
- Experience with Point of Sale and Electronic Parts Catalog systems.
- Previous experience with E-Commerce & selling on eBay and Amazon preferred
- Efficient typing/10 key skillset a must!
Physical Demands:
- The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
- Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand on feet for lengthy periods of time, up to 8 consecutive hours
Working Conditions:
- Usually indoors, however outdoor work is required when outdoor events are scheduled.
- Is potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department.
- Occasionally, exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
