JOB SUMMARY

Sales – Motorcycles, PWC, ATV’s, UTV’s and Power Equipment.

Develop qualifying buyers and closing sales.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

-Have a good understanding of Motorcycles, PWC,  ATVs, UTVs, and Power Equipment with working knowledge of each model, their characteristics,    capabilities, and features
-Assist customers with product and services sold at the dealership in order to present features and benefits to customers
-Positive Mental Attitude (PMA) – Project positive image to customers at all times
-Demonstrate Motorcycles, PWC, ATV’s, UTV’s and Power Equipment by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, warranties, and service options
-Assist in setting up the sales showroom floor and lot display
-Keep accurate record of customer inquiries via email and store visits on a daily basis and demonstrate good follow-up
-Good closing skills – overcoming objections, negotiate price and ask for the order
-Complete sales contracts, explaining and offering warranties, services, and finance options
-Participate in educational opportunities through online manufacturer courses/updates as released, also keeping up to date with bulletins
-Stay up-to-date on our current inventory and use that knowledge to educate customers during their purchasing decision
-Familiarity with both new and used products.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

-Excellent customer service and negotiating skills
-Good team player
-Strong computer skills
-Organized
-Punctual
-Bilingual a preferred
-Class M Motorcycle License  preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

-High School Diploma or equivalent
-1+ year experience in retail sales preferred
-Previous dealership sales experience a plus

PHYSICAL FACTORS/WORKING CONDITIONS

-Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
-Must be able maneuver motorcycles

-Industry leading compensation based on experience with a benefits program.

-Salary will be commensurate with experience, base plus commissions
