Service Advisor

Overview

Job Description: Ducati Newport Beach Service Advisor to join our growing service department.

Candidate of choice, should have Ducati service experience, being familiar with Lightspeed our computer system, stable work experience, pays attention to detail, and has excellent communication and phone skills.
Candidate will also possess a valid driver’s license and pass drug screening.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
• Greets, establishes, and maintains a positive rapport with all customers
• Assists customers in determining needs; promotes our products, accordingly.
• Estimates cost of repair and prepares itemized service order
• Initiates service orders, secures customer’s signature, and closes when completed
• Maintains good communication with customer and follows up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction
• Understands customer’s needs, committed to exceed customer expectations every day.
• Complies with all company policies and procedures.

Requirements/ Qualifications:
• Excellent phone skills
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Minimum of 1 year Service Writer/ Service Advisor experience in a dealership, high volume auto center, or related vehicle service industry.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills including the ability to effectively manage multiple projects prioritize tasks and complete assignments within expected time frames.
• Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Organized, multi-tasked, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able work Saturdays.                                                                                                                                                                • Motorcycle Technician Training A Plus.
