Rahal Ducati Cleveland is opening in the Spring of 2022! We are looking for a new team member to fill the role of Technician for our Service Department. This is a fast paced, fun, and exciting work environment. The Technician position is responsible for all service work. We are seeking someone with great organizational skills and who is a team player. Ideal candidate would have Ducati Certification. If not, RDC will assist in obtaining it.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Performing maintenance in accordance with factory specifications
• Installing accessories
• Evaluating and recommending additional repairs as needed
• Maintaining a clean and orderly work station
• Maintaining communication with service writer throughout repair process
• Communicating with service customers as needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid local license with motorcycle endorsement
• Minimum of two years experience as a motorcycle technician
• Lightspeed experience is a plus
• Critical thinker with problem-solving and research skills
• Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills and positive attitude
• Knowledge of Microsoft suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is a plus
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
• Organization skills and self-accountability
• Ability to work on weekends
• Flexibility to work evenings and special events as needed
