Dubya USA is a family-owned company with deep roots in motocross history. Founded by John and Kristin Anderson and built on the legacy of motorcycle pioneer Tom White, our mission has always been simple: build the best wheels in the industry while treating customers and employees like family. Every member of our team plays an important role in delivering products that riders trust when the gate drops.

What You’ll Do

As a General Wheel Production team member, you’ll help build and prepare premium motorcycle wheel sets from start to finish. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assemble premium motorcycle wheel sets and components
  • Lace and true wheels (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Prepare hubs, rims, spokes, bearings, and hardware for assembly
  • Inspect completed wheels to ensure exceptional quality standards
  • Package and prepare customer orders for shipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace
  • Work alongside a close-knit team to meet daily production goals
  • Jump in wherever needed—because teamwork is part of who we are

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of wheel-building experience—we can teach the technical skills. We’re looking for people who bring the right attitude.

Ideal candidates are:

  • Dependable and take pride in their work
  • Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Mechanically inclined and eager to learn
  • Positive team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about motorcycles, motocross, or powersports (preferred, but not required)
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
