The Motorcycle Company is proud to announce our newest location in Westminster, CA. We are adding to our current staff and now hiring a DMV Specialist.

Key Result Areas:

  • Processing motorcycle titles in accordance to California guidelines.
  • Timely and accurately processing of incoming titles.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answer all customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
  • Promote DMV and Dealer compliance.
  • Negotiate through Complex issues using available resources in the DMV and Dealer Finance Department to achieve a positive customer experience.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:
 

  • Customer service background with phone and computer experience.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong work ethic and willing to give 110% to get the job done right.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of DMV experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency with computer applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Certified or certifiable with CA DMV live scan.
