Service Advisor

Overview

Salary Range: $50-$80K / Annual

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our service department. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for customers needing service and repairs, ensuring an outstanding customer experience while coordinating service department operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival or inquiry.
• Listen to and document customer concerns, diagnosing service needs effectively.
• Prepare accurate repair orders, outlining work to be performed and estimated timelines.
• Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure accurate job execution.
• Update customers on the status of repairs or services, ensuring transparency.
• Advise customers on necessary maintenance, repairs, and accessory upgrades.
• Handle scheduling of service appointments and maintain organized records.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Promote dealership services, service plans, and specials to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve service-related concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in automotive or powersports service is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the powersports, automotive, or related industry.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with powersports vehicles and equipment (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, etc.).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in dealership management systems and standard office software.
• A passion for powersports and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
