We currently have the largest inventory of new and pre-owned Harley-Davidson® motorcycles in the Twin Cities area and we need an extremely detail oriented person with a minimum of 1 year experience retailing Harley-Davidson® parts. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to create and utilize Excel spreadsheets and have proven experience interfacing with consumers. Candidates must have a valid motorcycle endorsement with a clean driving record (previous 3 years).
Position responsibilities include monitoring bike shipments, coordinating set-ups, opening work orders, building parts lists and labor costs, and working closely with the service dept to ensure smooth timing on all levels. Position also meets with customer to ensure they understand how the motorcycle operates, that all parts & accessories have been installed, answer any questions and provide a world class buying experience.
