Del Amo Motorsports Group is looking to hire an Experienced General Manager at our brand new Victorville location.

Candidate must have a minimum of 7 Years of Powersports related experience. The candidate must be able to show a proven track record of leading a large team of department managers to drive an exceptional customer experience, deliver in our company values and core and drive a profitable dealership. Great attitude, excellent communicator, organizational skills as well as a can-do spirit are a must.
This is a full-time salary position plus an accumulation of commissions with a pay range between $145,000 to $160,000a year
We offer full benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Vacation, Sick Time, Paid Holidays, 401K, Demo Days and Work Outings.
Store hours are Tuesday through Sunday 10am-7pm; Off Monday we’re gone riding.
You are a great fit if you can:
• Lead Sales, Parts, Service, and Administrative departments
• Create and execute annual sales & profitability forecasts
• Recruit, hire, and develop managers and staff
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and manufacturer standards
• Maintain strong vendor and financial institution relationships
• Drive operational efficiency and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
• Implement effective advertising, promotions, and merchandising strategies
• Deliver consistent financial reporting to ownership
Qualifications
• Minimum 7+ years of management experience in powersports or automotive retail
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Proven ability to achieve sales and profitability targets
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM platforms, financial reporting tools)
