Del Amo Motorsports is now hiring for our prestigious SERVICE MANAGER position. With growth comes opportunity. As a growing dealer group we are now hiring in our service department for the best, most capable, driven and skilled professionals in the areas of service business management. Del Amo Motorsports is the premier 4 store dealer group in California and growing. We carry all the top brands and all powersports segments.

Do you possess these great qualities?
1. Ability to communicate and lead a Service team effectively.
2. Strong technical capability and comprehension.
3. Develop and further training service dept. personnel.
4. Understanding of service dept. basic business metrics.
5. Focused and driven for excellence in customer service and customer retention.
6. Strong operational understanding of OEM warranty and other OEM service processes.
Minimum qualifications; At least 3 years + service manager experience in the powersports industry. Previously recruited, onboarded and trained staff. Worked with pay plan reviews. Coached staff on areas of opportunities to improve.
Responsibilities include; Management and oversight of Service writers, technicians and all service dept. support personnel. Follow compliance in all areas including safety, legal and B.A.R. standards. Track performance metrics including Sales, repair orders and expenses. Overall processes conforming to OEM guidelines. Overall profitability of the dept. Working with the general manager on annual budgets and projections.
Compensation: $75 – $100k+ (Inquire for Details)
