DEALEROSITY is looking for an experienced Service Writers immediately for one of highest volume Harley-Davidson stores.
The service writer will greets customers at the dealership, listen to their concerns and addresses inquiries as necessary, writes reports of motorcycle’s condition, and delivers information to a professional mechanic or technician. Provide BEST IN CLASS customer experience possible.
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Maintains professional but friendly demeanor
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills
- Manages time efficiently
- Demonstrates excellent telephone etiquette
- Schedule service appointments
- Prepare repair orders (RO’s)
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must have M/C endorsement on license
