Our Harley-Davidson® dealership clients are currently looking for the nation’s leaders and most qualified candidates! You will work directly with Sales Associates and Sales Managers – aka the Desk – to ensure that each customer is receiving a world-class H-D experience. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will operate as an intermediary between management and the customers up to, and including, making the sale. You’ll have full control of the sales process from start to finish. As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be directly responsible for your team and their compliance with the sales process.
