JOB SUMMARY
• The Motorclothes Manager directly supervises and coordinates the activities of retail Motorclothes sales
associates. Duties include department management functions, such as purchasing, budgeting, accounting,
and personnel work, in addition to supervisory duties and customer service.

• ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom.
• Maintain and manage the merchandising of products to facilitate sales.
• Foster a customer-centric sales environment to help increase sales and provide world-class customer
service.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all staff and vendors.
• Any other duties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department and dealership as a whole.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
• Computer Literate (Talon – Simms Inventory System)
• Proven leadership & Track record of success within Harley-Davidson or Powersports Merchandise Sales
Department
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• 3-5-years retail management experience required.
• Ability to manage, coach, and develop employees.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Open Availability
