Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of parts management experience. (Harley-Davidson experience is a big plus)
  • Harley-Davidson or Powersports industry experience a plus
  • Solid experience and knowledge of the inventory process and practices
  • Ensure smooth and profitable operation of parts department.
  • Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle all customer interaction with a positive attitude and leadership disposition
  • Hire, direct, assist, and motivate department personnel to achieve maximum productivity.
  • Able to effectively manage both people and processes.
  • Able to interpret reporting and manage department by the numbers.
  • Possess sound judgment and decision-making ability.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts that support annual goals for parts and cost control.
