CycleMax in Wilson NC will be immediately filling our Sales Manager position. Qualified candidates must have the following credentials and possess the listed skills:
Successful auto or powersports sales experience
Successful auto or powersports sales management experience
Strong written and communication skills
Be extremely organized
Excellent customer service and negotiation/closing skills
Self-motivated and be able to motivate a sales team
Capability training sales process, CRM process, product knowledge
Experience with forecasting and setting goals
Experience with ordering vehicles
Experience working with aged inventory
Experience following Manufactures programs
Experience with hiring and terminating employees
Have F&I experience
Have a basic understanding of title work regulations
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to pass background, drug screen, and MVR check
Be a powersports enthusiast
And Have A Positively Great Attitude
