Position Responsibilities and Objectives:
This position is responsible to:

• Sell products via telephone to the U.S. dealer network and end users.
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical support through phone and e-mail contact with our customers.
• Provide customers clear answers and following up in a timely manner to questions that require research.  

 
Education and Experience:
This position requires a high school diploma, sales experience, motorcycle industry knowledge and 3+ years of work experience.

Specific Duties:
Customer Service:
·         Sales order entry, invoicing, payment collection and tracking
·         Troubleshooting and technical support for all product lines
·         Customer training and installation guidance
·         Track and report product issues and needs
·         Initiate and execute outbound communications
 
Sales:
·         Grow sales and profits
·         Build relationships with dealer network
·         Meet monthly sales objectives
·         Execute sales programs
·         Maintain sales average per call
 
Other duties and assigned.
 
Communication Interfaces:

• This position reports directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager and requires significant interaction between all team members.

Employment Details:
This is an hourly position and will fall within the wage guidelines as describe in the Pro Moto Billet Pay Scoping Document.
