Key Result Areas:

• Incoming internet leads
• Incoming phone calls
• Support of motorcycle sales department follow up

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming internet leads and set appointments
• Handle incoming phone call leads and set appointments
• Follow up with internet and incoming phone calls
• Following up with customer in store visits to ensure satisfaction
• Made customer survey calls and letter after the sale
• Make event calls to invite customers back to the store
• Manage online inventory pictures and descriptions

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

• Customer service background with phone and computer experience
• Auto experience preferred but not required
• Strong appointment setting and value building skills
• Focus on customer satisfaction and conflict resolution
• Have a love of motorcycles
• Strong work ethic and willing to give 110% to get the job done right
• Professional demeanor and appearance

Compensation:

Competitive commission based wages

Employee Discount

Schedules may be more or less in the range of: 
50-60 Hours – 5-6 days/week March-September. 
45-50 hours – 5 days/week October-February. 
The season and sales could affect schedules, other than what is listed.
