Responsibilities:
Must possess computer skills (lightspeed EVO) and Excellent customer service skills
Communication with customers and Service Technicians
Self motivated and possess problem solving skills
Create repair orders with detailed explanations of services being performed.
Keep customers updated on scheduling and any recommendations. Dispatch work to technicians.
Experience with processing OEM and Aftermarket warranty claims.
