Controller / Accountant

Overview

Job Description: OC Motorcycle, a Boutique high-end European Motorcycle dealership located in Orange County, CA is in need of a skilled, highly organized Controller/Office Manager. 
We are a growing Motorcycle dealer that is taking on the Triumph brand in addition to Moto Guzzi and MV Agusta motorcycles.
 Duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Payroll and Human Resources
• Inventory
• Filing various state and federal reports
• Preparation of month-end and fiscal year-end financial reports
• Daily bank deposits and account reconciliations

 
Minimum Requirements:
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.  Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Technical Skills and Prior Experience
Two to three year’s prior experience in the financial reporting/general ledger area. Experience working in dealership preferred.
Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -paced setting. Experience with Lightspeed EVO, QuickBooks Pro or other large automated accounting system. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and email.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
