Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Motorcycle Technician to join our team. As a technician at Conrad’s Harley-Davidson, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of Harley-Davidson motorcycles. You’ll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence by delivering top-quality repairs, diagnostics, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

-Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics on Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
-Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
-Install and customize motorcycle parts and accessories according to customer requests.
-Conduct pre-delivery inspections as well as pre-owned safety services to ensure every bike leaving the dealership is in top condition.
-Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
-Document services performed and communicate findings and recommendations with Service Management.
-Stay up to date with Harley-Davidson technical training and certifications.

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years as a motorcycle technician, Harley-Davidson experience preferred.
Education: Certification from an accredited motorcycle repair program or equivalent on-the-job experience.
Skills: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; proficiency with specialized tools.
Certifications: Harley-Davidson certifications are a plus but not required.
Other: Passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand; excellent attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
