Qualifications:

·        Powersports Sales experience preferred

·        Ability to start conversations

·        Self-motivated, positive and driven

·        Energetic and professional

·        Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

·        Background on KPI’s and the Fit to ASM Sales Process

 

Responsibilities:

·        Assist in the sales process and keep the team motivated

·        Ability to multi task

·        Follow up with perspective leads

·        Ability to identify customer needs

·        Provide ultimate customer experience

·        Engage and build lasting relationships
