Chi-Town Harley-Davidson, Chicagoland’s Southside Dealer, is seeking a Sales Professional who embraces the passion of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and can share this passion so our customers can fulfill their dreams of riding.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers using mailing lists, data files, internet leads and personal follow-up.
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Follow a structured sales process
  • Conduct a road test, and pre-delivery inspection prior to delivery to customer.
  • Manage customer transaction and ensure a positive purchasing experience
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Qualifications & Job Requirements:

  • Motorcycle endorsement and available to work weekends.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Phone and computer skills
  • Have knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycle models
  • Previous retail experience preferred but will train the right candidate
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Must pass a background check
